Cornovo supplies 125 mm (5-inch) 8-hole foam interface pads for automotive refinishing distributors, body shop suppliers and car detailing equipment importers. The pad sits between a compatible hook-and-loop backing plate and sanding disc. Select the thickness and configuration for the sanding system you supply.
Five product features
- 125 mm diameter: A nominal 5-inch format for matching sanding discs and backing plates. Check the actual diameter and attachment before ordering.
- Eight-hole layout: Align the holes with the abrasive disc and backing plate to maintain the intended dust extraction path. An eight-hole count alone does not guarantee compatibility.
- Foam interface options: Black, green and yellow foam versions are listed at 13 mm thickness. Request samples to compare compression and support; colors are not a universal hardness standard.
- Thin protection option: A separate 3 mm protection pad is available for buyers who require a thinner intermediate layer. Specify this version separately from the foam interface pads.

Choosing an interface pad
For auto detailing and body shop supply ranges, identify the sanding machine, backing plate diameter, hole layout and abrasive attachment. A foam interface changes how the abrasive is supported on the panel; test the selected pad with the intended abrasive and surface before a bulk order. This product is an intermediate sanding accessory, not a direct-contact wax applicator.

No. Check the backing plate, hook-and-loop attachment, hole spacing and machine manufacturer requirements. Send your backing plate details with the inquiry.
Are all pads 13 mm thick?
The black, green and yellow foam versions are listed at 13 mm. The separate protection pad is listed at 3 mm. Set quantities should not be interpreted as the thickness of a single pad.
Can I mix colors in one shipment?
Mixed packing is available, with MOQ applied per model. Specify quantities for each color, thickness and configuration.
What is needed for an export quotation?
Send the model, quantity, kit contents, packaging request and destination. Payment split, shipping terms, departure port and carton loading quantity are agreed in the quotation.
